Merging interior and exterior, the design approach to this project is driven by the Total Design philosophy. This approach strives for a uniform design tone throughout all elements of the project, exemplifying restrained elegance, orderly lines, and simplicity above all: from meticulous material selection, through the choice of windows and lighting, to the entrance level landscaping. The design of the complex also incorporates elements ...especially suited to the Tel Aviv climate, such as the brise soleil (“sun breaker” in French), a vertical shading structure that reduces the amount of light that enters the building, and thereby also keeps the building cooler during the day. The exterior of the building features an aluminum facade, with floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper penthouse floors to create an especially airy, transparent effect above the regular floors, which blend with the urban textures of the street. The entrance lobbies include carefully selected gray stone with a natural appearance, maintaining the nature-based design language, which creates a truly timeless look.
